REGISTRATION HAS NOW CLOSED. At this YWP professional development event your skills will be enhanced learning about "The Trust Factor: Building Teams That Think, Speak, and Thrive Together" and "Human First: A mindful workshop on stress, connection & how you cope".

In addition to meeting other WA young professionals our facilitators will cover two very important topics to assist you in the workplace.

Session facilitated by Astron Consulting

"The Trust Factor: Building Teams That Think, Speak, and Thrive Together"

In today’s fast-paced and high-pressure work environments, teams don’t fail because of a lack of talent or intelligence—they fail when trust erodes, psychological safety disappears, and mindsets narrow.

In this dynamic 75-minute interactive session, we’ll explore the human foundations of high-performance teams. Participants will reflect, engage, and walk away with practical tools to build trust, create safer spaces, and unlock mindsets that enable growth, collaboration, and resilience.

Session facilitated by Beyond All Bounds

"Human First: A mindful workshop on stress, connection & how you cope"

This is a human-centric, experiential workshop that blends storytelling, discussion, humour, engaging learning of practical skills and knowledge, and guided practices. To cater to the night's theme, 'Share & Connect', the workshop will include structured frameworks for conversations for attendees to authentically self-express and reflect on how to deploy the workshop takeaways directly into their personal and professional lives. Topics include understanding and diving deep into stress, self-care, nervous system regulation, coping strategies and introspection.
