EA Gradp Program Water - Social Tile

Get your graduates work ready

Water is a basic human need and a critical resource for sustainability and resilience in the world's driest inhabited continent. To manage and protect this resource, the Australian water sector employs over 28,000 personnel, including onboarding several hundred graduates each year.

Equip your graduate engineers with the skills they need to thrive and contribute to the future of the water sector, including self-management, communication, project management, and sector-specific knowledge.

It’s an ideal opportunity for you to attract and retain top talent, whilst preparing for your organisation’s future capability needs.

This program is delivered in partnership with the Australian Water Association and Engineers Australia.
