Our WAter Connect - Young Water Professionals Networking Night is about expanding your network, gaining water sector insights and having a memorable evening! Join our Western Australian Young Water Professionals at this year's YWP Networking Night. You'll need to pull out your Cocktail attire and dancing shoes for this one as DJ Lukas will be sure to have you on the dance floor!

• Start with a simple introduction (prepare a short 20–30 second intro about yourself)
• Ask open, thoughtful questions (good networking is about curiosity, not impressing others)

Speakers 

WA YWP Chair Address  Letitcia Marinho, Senior Process Engineer, Tessele Consultants  Leticia joined the WA YWP Subcommittee in 2023 and took on the role of WA YWP Chair in 2025. Leticia is an experienced chemical engineer working across process design and project delivery on a range of water related projects with her work including process optimisation, resource recovery and water supply modelling. Leticia is proactive and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach. She is committed to continuous learning and delivering practical, sustainable and efficient engineering solutions.

Welcome Address  David Stanik, Operations Manager - Blackwood Region, Water Corporation  Winner of the WA Young Water Professional of the Year Award 2025, David has extensive experience in the planning design, and operational delivery of asset management, including preventative maintenance and fault diagnostics. David's career is marked by a proven ability to manage and investigate asset failures, reflecting my proficiency in incident management and resolution.
