Our July Host
|
Jon Langford, Director, Engineered Efficiency
Jon has spent much of his career turning complex problems into workable solutions. His unique perspectives stem from being a 3rd generation engineer growing up in horticulture, where system reliability was key to viability. In addition to working across a range of industries, Jon previously led asset strategy initiatives at Water Corporation and initiated the Water Corporation's leak detection dog program. Jon is known for blending engineering rigour with real‑world pragmatism. He’s never far from a spanner, process plant or a good engineering debate.

Engineered Efficiency is a WA‑owned engineering consultancy specialising in practical water, wastewater and process solutions. We work at the intersection of field data, hydraulic modelling, operational reality and robust design—helping utilities, councils and industry understand what’s really happening in their systems, what to do about it and following up with practical design solutions. From network performance, plant construction, treatment optimisation and problem assets, we’re known for hands‑on insight, plain‑English advice and solutions that actually get implemented.
