VIC Mentoring Program & Breakfast Launch 2023

The AWA's Victorian Mentoring Program enables dedicated and enthusiastic early-career water professionals to develop their skills, knowledge, and technical expertise under the guidance of established water sector colleagues.

For mentors, it's an opportunity to share their hard-earned knowledge with the next generation of water leaders and continue to develop their leadership and communication skills.

The program will commence with a breakfast launch on Friday 24 February 2023 hosted by our generous sponsor, Stantec. During the breakfast launch, mentoring participants will hear from experienced industry professionals and have an opportunity to ask questions before being introduced to their mentoring partner.

The program is available across Victoria, and we invite water professionals from regional areas to submit applications for mentor and mentee roles. The launch event will be streamed online, making the program accessible for all.

Registration costs (inclusive of live/virtual breakfast launch attendance):

Mentor: Free

If you want to take part in the program as a mentee, you will need to hold a current AWA membership.
