Topic – Water & Construction

The Construction industry is heavily embedded in the water industry, with new and old infrastructure continually being installed or upgraded to suit the ever expanding water supply requirements around the country. Come along to hear about the construction industries involvement in the fresh and wastewater areas, the management of these projects and involvement of stakeholders to deliver good work in the water construction field.

Boris is a passionate water professional having dedicated his engineering and management career to the construction and maintenance of water and wastewater infrastructure over the past 15 years. He has a strong understanding of how to plan, design, monitor, deliver and lead teams to create sustainable, integrated water infrastructure. Boris drives teams to develop solutions that provide multiple long-term benefits for communities and positively promote the water sector.

As General Manager, Boris oversees all operational activities occurring across three states within the Fulton Hogan Utilities Business. This also involves working collaboratively with several major Australian utilities providers to lead delivery of their major long term programs of work.
