Join us in Perth for Connected by Water 2026, where we explore water's essential role across the Australian economy - from agriculture and energy, to mining, manufacturing, data infrastructure, and beyond.

Following the success of the inaugural event in 2024, the 2026 conference will expand on the insights, relationships and momentum built in its first year. This national, cross-sector gathering will connect technical experts, researchers, decision-makers, and innovators across industries that rely on sustainable water management to unlock productivity, resilience, and long-term economic sustainability.

With a sharpened focus on circularity, place-based impact, and national infrastructure investment, Connected by Water 2026 will challenge conventional thinking and foster new ways of working together. Through robust technical content, industry-led discussions, immersive site tours and social networking opportunities, CBW26 will strengthen partnerships and generate practical pathways for collaboration across sectors, systems, and regions.

Program
Connected by Water will focus on the way water underpins economic prosperity, communities, the environment and Indigenous connection to Country. It is an opportunity to discuss the intersection of water with other sectors across the economy.
