Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting

Members of the Australian Water Association Limited (the Company) are cordially invited to attend the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting, members can join us in the office or online via the zoom platform. The zoom link will be sent once your pre-registration is received.

Upon entering the meeting, the status of your membership or proxy appointment will be verified. Please ensure your membership is current.

During the meeting, members will be able to view the AGM proceedings and ask questions.

Pre-registration of your attendance is strongly recommended, for both online or in-person attendance. This will allow a personal meeting invite to be sent to you along with detailed technology instructions.

Items of Business 

1. Welcome, WHS briefing, apologies and declaration of proxies
2. Confirmation of Minutes of 2022 Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 17 November 2022
3. Annual Review 2022-23 including Financial Statements
   Presented by the President and Chief Executive
4. Adoption of Financial Statements - Year ended 30 June 2023
5. Appointment of Company Auditor and Auditor remuneration
6. Discussion of Other Business

To consider such other business of a general nature which the Chair permits based on a written submission.

Proxies                                        

Members may appoint a proxy to;

1. act generally on their behalf, or
2. to vote only in accordance with instructions on the Proxy Form.

A proxy need not be a member. The appointment of proxy must be in writing using this form.

Completed proxy forms must be received by the Association by 16:00 (AEDT) on Tuesday 7 November 2023.
