The Australian Water Association is leading an industry wide Careers in Water Program to position water as a ‘sector of choice’ to attract and retain the skills needed for the future water workforce. Achievements thus far include a new Careers in Water website providing water career resources and job vacancies and a collaboration with Water Services Association of Australia on an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) producing sector branding and collateral.
We are now seeking support from organisations to become ‘Founding Partners’ to contribute to the ongoing development of the Careers in Water Program and offer guidance and support for pragmatic, impactful deliverables over the next 3 years.
Our Founding Partners will be eligible to receive program exclusive corporate benefits. These include a guaranteed role in the Careers in Water Partnership, with the ability to have input and influence in the program’s direction setting and decision-making discussions. Founding Partners will also optimise brand recognition and lift their profile as a primary contributor to the careers program within the water sector and the broader community.
