The Young Water Professionals of the SA AWA Branch are excited to invite you to their last 2021 SA Sundowner Series to a NEW VENUE at THE KING’S HEAD, for after-work drinks, interesting guest speakers and informal networking and discussion held on the Thursday 21st October 2021 from 5:15pm to 6:30pm.
This also AWA National Water Week and this year the focus is Caring for water and Country. This celebrates the vital and cultural role that water plays in our lives through recognizing the importance water plays in our lives, Caring for water and Country aims to deepen our understanding of Australian First Nations people’s knowledge in protecting and sustaining our water and lands
Join us for regular after-work sundowner drinks and informal networking hosted every other month by the AWA SA Young Water Professionals. Special guest speakers will be invited throughout the series to explore a wide range of topics through a short presentation and discussion. These events are open to anyone with an interest in the water industry and present an opportunity to meet and catch up with other professionals.

Matt began his career in the British Army as a communications specialist with the Royal Corps of Signals connecting soldiers and enabling mission-critical action. Fast forward to the present and now part of the growing team at Fleet Space Technologies, it's "things" he's connecting, delivering insights for customers from some of the world's most remote places. The context may have changed, but the passion for communications has remained a constant.
