Water Innovation Forum and Expo

The national Water Innovation Forum and Expo is fast becoming the country’s foremost platform for people working in water-using industries to meet and discuss innovation, sustainability, emerging technology, and exchange fresh and ground-breaking ideas.

Given the aging infrastructure and climatic pressures on water, Australia’s future water security relies on major innovation in technology, design and approach. Now more than ever it is critical to support, promote and cultivate innovation if we are to increase efficiencies, improve practices and withstand any water challenge that comes our way. Back for the second year in a row, the Water Innovation Forum and Expo is even bigger than before, with speakers from Bureau of Meteorology, AGL, ANSTO and the country’s biggest utilities, as well as nearly 30 pitches from Australia’s brightest sparks.

Join innovators, SMEs, entrepreneurs and start-ups as we explore new thinking, new possibilities and the commercial adoption of cutting edge water technology.

Exhibitor Opportunities

The Water Innovation Forum and Expo offers innovators a platform to:
  • Promote solutions to the industry;
  • Meet potential venture, capitalists, investors and business partners
  • Receive advice and practical approaches to commercialisation and adoption.

The venue provides excellent access for exhibitors to bring in equipment to their expo stand and exhibitors have access to the forum style events due to then open plan design of the event.

What exhibitors said in 2015

“We found it to be an outstanding event attended by key water industry personnel, with very relevant presentations focussing on innovation. We look forward to supporting next year’s event.” Paul Banfield, Suez Environnement, Exhibitor

“The Innovation Forum is a true accelerator for innovative solutions mainly because of its format allowing proximity between exhibitors and delegates. Not many events ignite such a level of dialogue between stakeholders. IJINUS would love to exhibit again at next year’s event.” Jérémy Daunay, IJINUS, Exhibitor

“The Innovation Forum was an ideal way to meet new users and show them how to use the Bureau’s water information products in their own businesses.” Janice Green, Bureau of Meteorology, Exhibitor
