Amazing Race (Included in registration - RSVP required)
Inspired by the very successful QLD YWP Amazing race series, teams will be established during the conference opening on Thursday 12 March. On Friday 13 March, teams will head out into the city and race to the final destination of the Australia-New Zealand YWP Conference.
Post-Conference Site Tours
On Saturday 14th March, delegates have the opportunity to join one of two tours (additional registration required):
Tour 1 - Urban Utilities' Innovation Centre
This site tour will showcase Urban Utilities' Innovation Centre at Luggage Point, Queensland's biggest sewerage plant and provides an overview of how Urban Utilities has adapted a strong culture of innovation and are working to improve the sewerage treatment process. For more information, you can view the Innovation Centre video here. This tour include morning tea, and return transfers from the Hotel Grand Chancellor.

Tour 2 - Rain Bank, GOMA water exhibition and XXXX Brewery SOLD OUT
This tour will take you on a journey where you will explore how water is valued by different people and industries. You will see the water reuse measures in place in Brisbane’s iconic South Bank Parklands, experience how world famous artists view and value water at the Gallery & Gallery of Modern Art, and see (and taste) how water is use to craft Queensland’s favourite brew, XXXX. This tour include morning tea, a light lunch, and return transfers from the Hotel Grand Chancellor.

Other requirements: Please ensure you are carrying your Government issued ID with you and have not consumed alcohol prior to the XXXX tour. All bags and cameras must be left in the XXXX lockers during the tour as no loose items can be carried. The XXXX Brewery Tours has many steps on the tour route and cannot accommodate guests with walking aids such as crutches and wheelchairs.
