WA YWP End of Year Social Event & City Farm Tour, 8 Dec 2017

WA YWP End of Year Social Event & City Farm Tour, 8 Dec 2017
The WA Young Water Professionals invite you to join them in celebrating the end of 2017 with a tour of Perth City Farm, followed by a sundowner. Perth City Farm is a not-for-profit urban community garden that operates on permaculture principles. Since its founding over 11 years ago, Perth City Farm’s operators have transformed the site from an engineering workshop, foundry and trolley bus depot into WA’s first market to produce only certified organic produce. The tour will a focus on their sustainability and water management practices employed at the site and will be followed by a casual sundowner held onsite – drinks and nibbles provided.
