This joint event has been organised by Melbourne Water and the Australian Water Association to celebrate International Women's Day. Our keynote speaker is Rosie Wheen, Chief Executive of WaterAid Australia.

About our speaker:
Rosie is an imaginative and committed leader who can inspire staff and others with over 20 years’ experience working in the not for profit sector including six years living and working in Indonesia and a year with the Australian Council of International Development. She has been with WaterAid since its early beginnings and contributes significantly to its development as a leading organisation in water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH).
In honour of International Women’s Day, Rosie will discuss:how the lack of clean water and decent toilets affect women in particular the impact of women as water collectors from an early age and ways we can all make a positive difference.
