Introducing one of the Panel Session speakers..
Therese Flapper, Arup

Dr Therese Flapper is leading the way with her Digital Tide program for urban water utilities. Therese is Arup’s Australasia Water Skills Leader and Canberra Office Leader and is actively connecting the world of digital analytics with the world of urban water.

Digital Tide is a collaborative journey across Arup globally, TWENTY65 (University of Sheffield) and water utilities, seeking to understand the tools, drivers, enablers, disablers, opportunities and outcomes for the digital age on urban water. This is particularly in the areas of asset productivity, safe public, safe workers, decision making, community / customer / citizen enablement.

Therese will discuss the findings of this journey, which has taken her recently to London as part of a global discussion on Digital Tide.
