Diversity and Inclusion workshop held at the Young Water Professional Conference 2020
A Vision for Cultural Change through Diversity was a workshop conducted at the 2020 AWA/ IWA YWP Conference in Brisbane. The workshop allowed participants to share learnings on how to build better cultures and behaviours to support diversity in the workplace. It also presented a model to share content, successes, and challenges to drive the cultural change required for success.

TAS Gender Diversity is Good for Business: 15 March 2018

On Thursday 15 March, around 70 water industry professionals came together to hear a keynote address from Sally Darke, non-executive director of TasWater, TasPorts and Chairperson of the Tasmanian Community Fund and Scotch Oakburn College, who gave an insight into how diversity is managed beyond the water sector in Tasmania and some of the governance issues facing organisations today.

QLD Women of Water Networking Evening: 24 November 2017
Around 20 ladies came together for the final WoW @The Communal in 2017. We have had a consistent attendance at these bi-monthly get-togethers which have seen lots of new connections made and old ones rekindled.

As part of our Channeling Change program, we’ve partnered with Water Industry Alliance for this Women in Water Breakfast on 1 November.
