QLD End of Year Sundowner

Written by Carlie Sargent | Oct 12, 2022 1:27:35 AM

Connect with members and celebrate a great year of working in water at the Australian Water Association Queensland Branch End of Year Sundowner event!

This year we'll be hearing how water becomes beer, with a tour of 4 Hearts Brewery, the first brewery to open its doors in Ipswich in over 100 years. 4 Hearts brew masters are committed to premium local ingredients and profound taste. Housed within the heritage 88 Limestone St Precinct, lovingly renovated into the architectural beauty it is today, 4 Hearts is proudly located in the heart of Ipswich and believes in brewing beer with full flavour, no chemicals, nothing artificial and no preservatives.

4 Hearts Head Brewer, Reece Richards will provide a tour of the brewery and an overview of beer design, material selection and the brewing process. Reece has a passion for technical brewing and recipe development and has refined the 4 Hearts core range and created some unique seasonals, including a Raspberry Donut Sour, Cryo-Hopped Dark NEIPA and Chocolate Brownie Imperial Porter.

And of course, there will be tastings!

Kindly sponsored by CPM Advisory & Project Management, registration includes return bus transfers, a brewery tour, tastings, networking, finger food and drinks.
