Interested in working in the water Industry?

The NSW AWA YWP Committee has planned two upcoming Water Industry Careers Nights.

- Thursday 14 March 2024 - Western Sydney University
- Thursday 21 March 2024 - The University of Sydney

You'll have the opportunity to **meet and listen **to** early-career water professionals** talk about their experiences and career pathways in the water sector. This will be followed by an **open Q&A session **and informal **networking**.

This **free event** is open to all students interested in gaining an insight into the Water Industry and is particularly suited to final year students from the engineering and science faculties.

Speakers include the following panel:

- **Sharolt Kicsi**, Engineering and Asset Manager, KPMG Australia
- **Zhaozhi Zheng**, Graduate Water Scientist, Water NSW
- **Danika Smith**, Water Strategy Officer, NSW Department of Planning and Environment
- **Stuart Khan**, Professor and Head of School of Civil Engineering, University of Sydney
- **Renny Chivunga**, Senior Engineer, Sydney Water
- **Michael Carter**, Principal Process Engineer, Beca Hunter H2O
- **Emily Hill**, Mechanical Engineer, Hunter Water

Also on the panel will be an AWA Representative to share with you its newly developed Careers in Water [website](https://www.careersinwater.com.au/) and Mentoring opportunities through it's national [mentoring program](https://www.awa.asn.au/programs/mentoring) launching in July 2024.
