ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The program gives dedicated and enthusiastic early-career water professionals the opportunity to develop skills, knowledge, and technical expertise under the guidance of established water industry colleagues. For mentors, it’s a chance to share your hard-earned knowledge with the next generation of water leaders and experts.
For more experienced members interested in becoming mentors, this is an opportunity to:

*Access a perspective outside your own organisation and professional level

The mentoring relationship strengthens competencies needed to enhance job performance and career prospects. It can be a formal or informal professional relationship and is based on openness, mutual trust, respect, encouragement, constructive comments and a willingness to learn.
For members in the early stages of their careers, mentoring can help you:
