Sebastian Horvath is currently the Water Feasibility Leader at Urban Utilities with over 25 years of international experience in the water and sewerage industry, having worked for both private and public water utility organisations in Australia and Europe.
Kith Tennakoon is a senior engineer at Urban Utilities Systems Planning branch and has over 20 years’ experience in network planning and hydraulic modelling.

Sheyanne is a graduate water resource engineer with a background in Environmental Engineering and Environmental Science. She has been with SMEC for 2 years and has had experience working on a range of flooding and drainage projects. Recently, she completed a 6-month secondment with NQ Dry Tropics where she gained extensive experience in the area of gully erosion, stakeholder engagement and project management.
