Queensland Technical Meeting - October 2017

Queensland Technical Meeting - October 2017
The October QLD Technical Meeting will feature The Golden Thread – Aligning Infrastructure Investment through to Customer Experience

For government service providers, everything we do and the dollars we spend must provide maximum value to our customers. Gregg Kennedy - Director (Sydney), Aquenta Consulting, will outline his suggestions on how to achieve this in terms of infrastructure investment management.

Using examples from modern program management techniques and frameworks, such as P30, MSP, P3M3 and Benefits Logic Mapping, Gregg will walk through the project, program and portfolio lifecycle to show how asset intensive agencies can maximise the contribution of every investment dollar to their overall strategic imperatives. He will focus on, through the provision of case studies, the Water Industry. But the principles will be generally relevant to government providers of other infrastructure intensive services.
