Get involved

There are plenty of opportunities to get involved with the South Australian Branch. You can get involved by becoming a mentor, a contributor for our bi-monthly state newsletter, or present your work or ideas at a Technical Presentation. Find out more below.

For further information about Program Partner Opportunities and Sponsorship, please contact the SA Branch Manager, Shirley Fraser.

Source SA – The bi-monthly SA branch newsletter

The SA Branch publishes a newsletter on a regular basis providing branch news and announcing upcoming events. Newsletter editions of Source SA are compiled by Alex Donald on behalf of the committee. They welcome any feedback or ideas for stories, so please get in touch.

SA Mentoring program

The program gives dedicated and enthusiastic early-career water professionals the opportunity to develop skills, knowledge, and technical expertise under the guidance of established water industry colleagues. For mentors, it’s a chance to share your hard-earned knowledge with the next generation of water leaders and experts. For more information please contact the SA Branch Manager.

SA Young Water Professionals

The SA YWP sub-committee are continuing to work directly with the SA Branch Committee. This group of dedicated early career water professionals are continuing to bring ‘young’ water professionals together on important issues within the SA water sector. Read more here.
