Join with the Industry in Tackling the Skills Shortage

AWA is seeking industry support for two industry programs which aim to reduce the extent of the skills shortage. Currently industry support through funding and involvement in the H2Oz Recruitment Campaign and the Water Industry Mentoring Program is being sought from organisations as soon as possible.

Don't miss out on joining these important programs.

Participation forms for both of these programs are available at the end of each prospectus below.

These programs have been endorsed by the Water Industry Skills Taskforce. To find out more about the Taskforce click here.

H2Oz Recruitment Campaign

The H2Oz brand has been developed as the vehicle through which the challenge of attracting skills and talent to the Australian water industry can be addressed. It will market the water industry as a sector of choice for students, new entrants into the workforce and those considering their career options.

The campaign will direct the audience to the www.h2oz.org.au website which in turn will provide additional information about the water industry and the range of opportunities available, as well links to participating organisations and job sites.
