Operating since 1962, the Australian Water Association (AWA) is Australia's largest and most influential water industry association. Membership is broad-based and multi-disciplinary, covering the entire water cycle and associated sustainability challenges. This membership diversity ensures a robust and highly credible vehicle for representing the water industry in the widest context both at the national and international level.

Whilst AWA's focus is broad, our strong network of state branches allows us to provide a highly personalised service covering regional trends, government policy and local issues.

AWA has two basic membership categories, Individual and Corporate. Within these categories several sub-types exist to cater for the needs of specific groups.
