In February 2016, the Association launched a new member magazine that is published by our media partner, Mahlab Media. It contains in-depth articles, thought-leadership pieces, industry insights and analysis, case studies, opinion pieces, the newest business opportunities and profiles of industry leaders, as well as the latest in scientific research and water policy. The magazine also publishes 10–14 technical paper Executive Summaries, with full papers published on the website. The magazine is published in both print and digital format, with all stories searchable on our website. It is published four times a year: February, May, August, and November.

The magazine is sent to all corporate and individual members of the Australian Water Association, representing over 5,000 water industry professionals and decision makers. Copies are also sent to state and university libraries, Ministers of Resources and Environment, selected environment groups, overseas affiliated organisations, allied learned societies, industry associations, selected government agencies, media and trade agencies.
